When participating in this event, please keep the following points in mind. By posting a photo, we will assume that you have given us your consent.

• If there is a person who is the subject of the photo other than the person who was photographed and posted, please obtain permission from that person before posting.
• The photos you post may be used on the Mikuni Chochin Project's SNS and project site.
• Please note that your post will be invalidated if it is determined that any of the following applies or is likely to apply.
  • Contents that infringe on the copyrights, portrait rights, and other rights of third parties
  • Items that violate public order and morals
  • Photographs taken in areas where entry and photography are prohibited.
  • Content that defames individuals, companies, organizations, etc. or violates their privacy.
  • Anything that violates the law
  • Anything that violates Instagram's Terms of Service
  • Other items that the operator deems inappropriate.
• The Mikuni Chochin Project is not responsible for any trouble or damage caused to participants due to the post, whether direct or indirect.
